Shipping Policy

When applicable, shipping fees and options are clearly visible on all orders within the Cart total. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fees if listed.

upLVL provides free standard shipping on all orders that total $50 or more in merchandise. Expedited shipping is not available in this case.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Orders within the US usually take 6–10 days to arrive.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If there is an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact us through our help chat.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to yourself if applicable.

upLVL does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

All sales of digital products (e.g., online education courses) are final and not subject to partial or full refunds.
